In the press
- Jackie Leven: Defending Ancient Springs – review with profile boxes
Music page with a review and biographical boxes. The review is predominantly positive (folk music masterfully interwoven with poetic lyrics, calm sound), but criticises two pieces: “Keys to the Forest” is too heavy-hearted, the opening cover “You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin'” simply ugly.
- Jackie Leven - Great Songs From Eternal Bars - Review
Carter recommends the low-priced four-CD box as the best introduction to Leven's “Celtic Soul” of folk, rock and poetry.
- REVISIO: John St Field – Control
Detailed review of the Guerssen reissue of “Control” (2023) in the “Revisio” section.
