- Album review Doll By Doll – Grand Passion (Magnet, UK)
One of the few US reviews of Doll by Doll, preserved as a transcript on the author's site.
- Jackie Leven – The Argyll Cycle (Cooking Vinyl/Amigo)
Review in the Oslo city magazine: in the mid-1980s Doll by Doll had a small, enthusiastic Norwegian following, and Grand Passion was the high point.
- En juvel – Jackie Leven: «The Argyll Cycle»
Hymnic review: an album that captivates from the first moment, a masterpiece without a weak melody, “only pearls”; it even surpasses The Mystery of Love.
