Jackie Leven – Barefoot Days / Deep In The Heart Of Nowhere

Publication: musicOMH
Author: Nic Oliver
Date: 3 August 2009
Language: English

Three out of five stars. Oliver praises the new studio title song “Barefoot Days” and calls Leven a criminally overlooked songwriter; Deep in the Heart of Nowhere reproduces a typical Leven concert more completely, but flows less convincingly. Conclusion: Leven is a live attraction because nothing seems rehearsed.
