Sir Vincent Lone - Troubadour Heart

Short review of the third Lone album: Leven “kills” his pseudonym and thereby presents a “posthumous” album that is better than the usual estate retrospectives. The reduced production suits the legend of Lone as a regular at London's Troubadour Coffee House (example: Bert Jansch's Strolling Down The Highway). The highlight is Rove On Wraith Of Raith, in which Ian Rankin is mentioned by name. Very positive verdict: “A fine epitaph.”
