Belated review (the album had come out the previous year, before the Cash film): not a tribute or covers album, but new Leven songs with a homage in the title track and in “The Law Of Tide” (sung by Robert Fisher). The musicians come from Greece and Lebanon, where the album was recorded. Singled out: “Museum Of Childhood” (the Leonard–Durán boxing match), “King Of The Barley” (Kirkcaldy), the spoken pieces “In Memory Of My Mother” and “Why Log Truck Drivers…”. Criticism of overloaded arrangements, some of which sound like the Eighties. Overall tone: positive, “un signor disco”.

Summary in our own words; for the exact wording see the original.

questo è comunque un signor disco

Final verdict.
