Preview of the concert on Sunday, 02.03.2003, at the Blå Rock Café; the opening (acknowledgements of Tromsø bars on record sleeves) is taken over from Matland's text of 2000. The promoter Egon Holstad describes the difference between records and stage: the albums are in part pompous and overloaded with arrangements and guests, whereas live Leven is intimate and gripping – just him, a guitar and a miked-up floorboard; plus the wildest stories, which prompt laughter and reflection.
