Thread: Jackie Leven

Thread from December 2006 to 2014 (around 20 posts). Praise for “The Mystery of Love” and for his live presence (“live the man is a bomb”), a memory of a concert at the Cologne Gloria with Richard Thompson and Midnight Choir, mockery of Leven's girth and Bermuda shirts. In 2007 a user sees Leven shopping in central Cologne; the Plattentests reviewer Oliver Ding and a user find the new album weak (“I've Been Everywhere” praised as a “Germany impression”). From 15.11.2011 there are posts of mourning, including on “Working Alone” and “Gylen” as formative songs, and the remark that having seen his concerts was a privilege.
