Enthusiastic review, noting the Union Scene concert with the Small World Orchestra and Eivind Kløverød: Elegy for Johnny Cash is meant to be Leven's definitive breakthrough in Norway, comparable with Cohen and Van Morrison as “friends of Norway”. Praised are the mixture of Scottish white soul, Celtic folk tradition and pop, and the sombre “The Law of Tide”, on which Robert Fisher (Willard Grant Conspiracy) sings and conjures up Cash's spirit; opener “Blue Soul Dark Road”. Objections: programmed drums, a few anonymous songs – nevertheless, for the critic, one of the greatest albums of the year. In the DT year-end list (27.12.2005) it came 9th.

En perle!
