Unofficial Jackie Leven guestbook (jackieleven.com / home.xnet.it/tout), 2002

Around 60 entries. Fans thank him for the Christmas concert in Milford (December 2001, with praise for organiser Mick Nolan and the “Girls”) and for the live albums Greetings From Milford (“finally Main Travelled Roads on CD”) and Barefoot Days; people ask about Doll by Doll reissues on CD and about Doll by Doll concerts hinted at in the Haunted Valley newsletter. The writer Liam Carson is looking for a copy of the Concrete Bulletproof Invisible record and in August asks for news. Concert reports come from Otley, Leeds, Watford, Vienna (Aera, 16.05.), Hebden Bridge, Ruthin (North Wales; some women in the audience took offence at coarse stories), Tregaron and Leicester (The Musician); a promoter from Portsmouth (City Bar) reports a poorly attended but great evening. A Norwegian mentions concerts with David Thomas in Oslo, a Japanese writes that he sent Doll by Doll poems by airmail over twenty years ago, which were printed in a magazine. The fans' complaints about a Haunted Valley membership that never got a reply begin here. In December a German fan announces a new German Yahoo group.
