Friendly review of Jackie Leven Said (section “Opplesing/folk”). Brøndmo retells how it came about (Leven read Rankin on a plane and found himself John Rebus's favourite musician), considers the story “not Rankin at his best, but not bad either”; it is read live from Edinburgh with a few musical interjections from Leven and Michael Cosgrave. CD 2 has three new songs, otherwise familiar material – more something for fans. Everything feels a little untidy, but charming through its humour and Scottish dialect.

Summary in our own words; for the exact wording see the original.

Alt fortoner seg som litt rotete, men det er et sjarmerende rot.

Conclusion.
