En bedre Jackie Leven

Positive review: Leven is one of those musicians without a commercial spotlight, however solidly they work; Van Morrison fans must be satisfied, except that Leven draws on Scottish rather than Irish tradition. On the new album he is brighter and lighter in mood and varies his expression more than before, when he was inclined to reticence and single-mindedness; the backgrounds range from the synthetic through rock to jazz. Recommendation to discover Leven now at the latest.
